incredibly simple, incredibly good.
I recommend pairing with carrot cake cupcakes.
1 package of cream cheese
1/2 a stick of butter
1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup powdered confectioners' sugar
2-4 teaspoons of Rum
1 teaspoon of salt
beat together softened cream cheese and butter till light and fluffy. mix in vanilla.
gradually sift in confectioners' sugar. add salt and rum to taste (I erred on the side of more...)
